Embroidery
We have our own in-house multi head machines that allow us to embroider directly onto the garments or manufacturing twin lock badges ensuring a fast turnaround of your order. We can embroider your company logo, name or design, as well as names of individuals onto the garments, in any size and place. Embroidery will strengthen your brand image and will give your company a more professional look and feel. All designs will require approving before any garments will be embroidered.
Design
We offer a full digitizing / design service ensuring a fast turn-around for both printing and embroidery – we operate a 24/48 turnaround time on all new designs which will then be emailed for approval or embroidered sew outs sent out which ever is appropriate. Only when signed off and approved by the customer will we commence work on the order. Here at UKCC we appreciate you want a quick turnaround time but you want it right first time – every time.
Heat Seal
We have our own heat presses this allows us to ensure a fast turnaround of your order. We can print on most garments including leisurewear, work-wear, outerwear, high-visibility. We can produce colour prints, full colour transfers and reflective badges for all industries from construction to security. Ideal for promotional clothing, the print will remain the same, colours as vibrant and will outlast the garment. All designs will require approving before any garments will be printed.
Screen Printing
This style of printing can go on most garments and is cheaper than the heat seal for larger runs. We can produce colour prints but with the application you cannot produce shading. Ideal for mass printing on promotional clothing, although the print can after numerous washes begin to flake and discolour. All designs will require approving before any garments will be printed.
Tax Tab/ Labels
This is the most cost effective way to personalise your companies garments by incorporating your company name or logo onto a small woven label which can be positioned discreetly anywhere on the garment. Once the design has been proofed, the manufacture and delivery of the tabs approximately takes 2-3 weeks. All designs will require approving before any tabs are sewn on.
Encapsulated Badges
These badges are mainly for work-wear and high visibility clothing were the badges are sewn directly onto the garment. We carry all standard reflective badges with various colours and text already on for existing customers and they can also come with full colour logos. These are ideal for the construction, security, stewarding industries and the emergency services.
Clear Pockets
These badges are for companies who require ID cards to be displayed on their corporate clothing. These clear ID pockets can be heat sealed or sewn directly onto the garments ensuring the individual can slide their card in and out. The badges can come in various sizes, large enough for even encapsulated badges, allowing the garments designation to be interchangeable. These are ideal for the construction, security, stewarding industries and the emergency services.
